JOB SCOPE:
- Create contract of shipment
- Checking and confirm health cert & coa (Certificate Of Analysis)
- Checking draft a bill of lading (BL) and confirm draft BL
- Prepare invoice, packing list, COA (Certificate of origin)
- Apply (mtfta) Malaysia-Turkey Free Trade Agreement, phyto, insurance
- Update ETA estimated time of arrival schedule
- Scan draft / complete shipping document to Boss
- courier complete documents
- Submit Shipping instruction to liner
- Retrieving documents upon request.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Knowledge in handling export shipment.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - English & Malay
- Good interpersonal skills.
