Where we play:
WooliesX Hub is based within a 2 minute walk from Central station and walking distance from all the cafes and restaurants that Surry Hills has to offer. The brand new site has been designed to support flexible working with different spaces for different activities such as collaboration, brainstorming or just chilling out. You will also be required to work from the office in Bella Vista.
What we are looking for:
As a key member of the E.com team you will provide administrative support while executing and supporting the range & merchandising strategy.
In addition, you will also be responsible for:
General administrative tasks
Admin of weekly trade plan with the intention of accelerating sales and driving basket spend & items per basket
Optimise the trading of the site for sales and profit
Work with the content team and categories / suppliers to:
enrich content within the online store to enhance the customer shopping experience and eliminate any purchasing barriers.
Work with Senior digital merch specialists to execute the promotional plan online
Ensure promotions are loaded and set up correctly and easily identifiable and accessible by the customer
Event plan & promotional plan execution
Execute strategies with buying and back into digital
Working cross functionally with content and design team to execute the plans online

You must have:
This is an entry level role, but admin and business experience is preferable
Passion for online
FMCG / retail experience preferred
Good understanding of retail operations
Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships
Strong written and oral skills
It would be great if you had:
Business degree/qualification preferred
Retail experience is an advantage
Digital trading experience is an advantage
You don’t have to have worked in retail or with a big corporate, but you might have. Or you may have invested your talent in startups, digital SMEs or management consultancies. What you do need is to know how you could contribute to our teams. Be interested and interesting!
