The brand new site has been designed to support flexible working with different spaces for different activities such as collaboration, brainstorming or just chilling out.
What we are looking for:
As a member of the Digital Merchandising & New Business Team, the Senior Digital Merchandise Specialist will drive new initiatives and ways of working across teams. You will integrate across the digital teams & E.Com trading teams and through initiatives will ensure that we attract and retain customers, evolve the customer experience, improve convenience whilst driving sales and margin.
In addition, you will also be responsible for:
Accountable for driving and prioritising initiatives as a representative of the E.com team
Quantifying & reviewing initiatives with a focus on key customers, commercial performance and operational efficiency
Gain regular and timely access to market and industry insights
Accelerating sales and driving basket spend & items per basket
Optimise the trading of the site for sales and profit
Work end-to-end as one team
Work horizontally to develop relationships across WooliesX teams (customer marketing & store ops / fulfilment / CX) to generate understanding, support and excitement for growing E.com
Ensure a deep understanding of competitor activity and ensure WOW proposition is in line with customer needs and requirements

You must have:
5+ years business experience
Passion for online
FMCG / retail category trading management experience and/or a supporting role in
Proven track record of consistent delivery against trading KPIs
Cross functional experience
Good understanding of retail operations and supply chain
Track record of managing and delivering change as well as results
Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management & wider business
Strong written and oral skills
It would be nice if you had:
Retail experience is an advantage
Digital trading experience is an advantage
