About the role
The role of Head of Sales and BD is to lead all sales and support all business development activity for UGL Manufacturing and Maintenance’s products and services.
- Develop, implement and manage strategic account management/ business plans for Key Customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Build a high performing work winning culture of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty and accountability
- Manage front-end processes, governance and apply risk mitigation strategies
- Problem solve and deliver innovative solutions with our customers
- Manage all levels of stakeholders
You will thrive on stepping up to a problem or an opportunity that inspires new solutions. Ideally you will have:
- A track record in complex selling in a business to business environment
- Outstanding strategic negotiation and relationship building skills
- Proven commercial acumen
