(HRIS) Project Lead

HS5 – Full Time – 12 months

Albury Wodonga Health requires a Project Lead to implement the HRIS as part of our Project Management Office Team.

The AWH Board have approved a HRIS following a procurement process. This will provide a single source of truth for position information at AWH and the associated employees filling these positions. An integrated set of modules provides for a single repository for an employee record, including development plans, credentialing, training data and work health and safety.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the development, testing, data migration, training and review for the implementation of the HRIS. This includes the establishment and management of project governance structures.

Candidates meeting the following mandatory criteria are encouraged to apply:

  • Project and Change Management experience;
  • Business and Data analytics capability;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement; and
  • Qualification and / or experience with HR systems or processes.

Salary and conditions of employment will be in accordance with the Victorian Public Sector (Health and Allied Services Managers and Administrative Workers) Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020.

Successful applicants will be required to complete appropriate Criminal Record Screening paperwork/processes in order for AWH to meet its obligations regarding screening for serious criminal offences (within and external to Australia).  Applicants unable to commit to this screening process should not submit an application for employment.

Successful applicants will be required to complete mandatory orientation modules using the AWH e-learning system prior to commencing employment.

This is a Category B position.  Successful applicants of Category A positions must provide evidence of vaccination prior to commencement.
