The Company

Our client is a fast growing FinTech company based in the CBD and now has a rare opportunity to bring new staff into the fold! Progression opportunities exist for candidates who are ready to rise to the challenge!

Role

As an Application Support Analyst, you will work with the Application Support Manager to help develop and embed support processes creating a defined way of work that will enable this team to deliver consistently high levels of service. This role will provide you with the opportunity to become a subject matter expert for core applications, through training and development you will build detailed knowledge and a deep understanding of these systems and associated integrations. You will be responsible for supporting all applications under the remit of the Finance Application Support Team.

  • Management of Incidents, Requests and user support for all applications supported by the team.
  • Configuration and maintenance of SAP FICO modules.
  • Perform daily, monthly and periodic application and system checks, and take appropriate action in optimising system uptime and deliver outputs in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to the Project Managers during the development lifecycle of a project.
  • Produce and maintain technical support guides, service catalogue & other relevant documentation.
  • Support all new developments and enhancements through the testing and release process.

Your Profile

  • You will be a self-motivated and dynamic individual who is able to be adaptable and flexible and able to adjust to a new situations and environments
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to engage others through complex problem solving
  • You will have a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving, and will be able to work on your own initiative to complete set tasks within agreed timeframes. The ability to multi-task and provide excellent standards of customer service will be crucial.
