The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is ?Hands-On? (approximately 25-50% of your time) and will involve leading and assisting a team of technicians performing the maintenance, repair and overhaul of Military Aircraft Undercarriage, Hydraulic Actuators, and Wheels and Brakes.
What We?re Looking For:? Proven experience in a similar role; Aircraft Mechanic/Technician? Tertiary qualifications (Diploma or Certificate IV in an aircraft or a related trade)? Possess strong software and computer skills supported by strong report writing and analytical skills? Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and drive change and positive initiatives? Have a ?can do? attitude with an emphasis on driving world class performance and customer service? Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team focussed environment.Additional Requirements
Due to the sensitive nature of our business and our customers, successful applicants will need to be Australian Citizens and will be subject to a current police check, Commonwealth defence security clearance and drug/alcohol screening.
