As a Data Support Analyst, the role contributes to the effective operation of enterprise applications through the investigation and resolution of data discrepancies, support of data migration and remediation activities, and delivery of operational system support. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical experience in IT applications, data analysis, troubleshooting, and business operations within a fast-paced healthcare and retail environment.
- Investigate and identify data discrepancies between multiple Noah applications and related systems
- Analyse mismatched or incomplete customer, clinical, and device data
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Assist in root cause analysis of data issues and application inconsistencies
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data within source systems following approved procedures
- Ensure all data remediation activities comply with company processes and privacy requirements
- Export data from source applications and databases
- Cleanse and prepare data for import activities
- Import corrected data into target systems following validation procedures
- Perform post-import verification and reconciliation check.
- Assist with documenting support procedures and data correction processes
- Escalate identified system defects or risks to senior staff
- Participate in testing and validation activities where required
Experience Required
- IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems or related discipline
- Exposure with Data Analysis.
