Key Responsibilities

Deliver consistent and high-quality operational support by achieving defined KPIs and SLA targets.
Provide advanced technical support for Linux and Windows server environments, including infrastructure management and optimization.
Enhance and maintain high-availability environments, including optimization of Pacemaker clusters and resolving architectural/design challenges.
Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Perform detailed RCA for outages and performance issues, and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
Drive cross-team collaboration to improve operational workflows and standardize processes.
Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve system stability.
Proactively manage and prevent escalations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational resilience.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong experience in Linux/Windows server administration
Hands-on experience with high availability clusters (Pacemaker, Corosync, etc.)
Expertise in incident management and troubleshooting (L3/L4 support level)
Knowledge of automation tools (Shell scripting, Ansible, etc.)
Understanding of monitoring tools and performance tuning
Strong problem-solving skills with focus on root cause analysis
Experience working in SLA-driven environments
