We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer to join a business-facing team and support the design, development and optimisation of Power Platform solutions. This role requires a hands-on developer who can work closely with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and clearly explain outcomes in non-technical terms.
The successful candidate will be trusted to operate day-to-day with the business, acting as a reliable partner while delivering high-quality, scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and support Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven) solutions
- Develop and optimise integrations using Power Automate, Custom Connectors and REST APIs
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modelling
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Support enhancements, performance optimisation and ongoing solution improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model‑Driven Apps)
- Microsoft Dataverse (advanced data modelling)
- Power Fx (delegation and performance optimisation)
- Power Automate (complex cloud flows)
- Custom Connectors and REST API integrations
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
- OSS (Operations Support Systems) experience or exposure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
