The Role
We’re looking for a driven and curious Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll work hands-on across cloud platforms, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and automation, helping design and deliver high-quality technology solutions that align to real business outcomes.
This is a great role for someone with a few years of experience who wants to deepen their technical expertise, gain consulting experience, and work alongside talented engineers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles across DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, and/or data platforms.
Experience with:
CI/CD solutions (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps etc)
Observability solutions (Grafana, Honeycomb, Power BI etc)
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS — certified in at least one)
Modern data platforms ( Databricks, Snowflake, ClickHouse, or similar)
A problem-solving mindset that is outcome-focused, curious, and eager to improve.
Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
Great communication skills and a collaborative working style.
What You’ll Do
Build and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud, automation, and observability solutions.
Support architecture decisions and collaborate with senior engineers on solution design.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, observability tooling, and data engineering tasks (e.g. integrating data pipelines, working with analytics tools like Databricks, Grafana, Power BI).
Assist to translate business goals into technical outcomes and work closely with clients to meet their needs.
Continuously learn and stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Actively participate in team discussions, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing.
