A well-capitalised property owner is seeking an experienced General Manager – Asset Management & Development to lead the strategic, financial and operational management of its Australian real estate portfolio.
This senior role is responsible for maximising asset value and driving long-term portfolio growth through leasing strategy, capital works, redevelopment and asset enhancement initiatives. You will oversee asset-level performance, P&L, budgeting and forecasting, while shaping decisions around holding, repositioning, redevelopment or divestment.
You will lead development strategy from feasibility through delivery, manage external consultants and service providers, and ensure strong governance, compliance and operational excellence across the portfolio.
