In The Role You Will
- Partner with the business and technology team to deliver technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Lead development of NRL’s critical technology assets that enhance fan engagement and stakeholder experiences
- Provide hands-on technical leadership whilst mentoring engineers to raise the bar
- Build modern, scalable full-stack applications that delight millions of fans
- Champion quality, automation and continuous improvements
Ideally You Will Have
- Strong full-stack development experience (5+ years) with proven technical leadership (2+ years)
- Deep understanding of authentication, security, and high-traffic web architecture
- Strong understanding and experience of modern digital platforms and technologies such as Optimizely, Auth0, React, and Next JS
- Experience in working with CI/CD practices and DevOps framework
- Leadership qualities that embody partnership, pragmatism, and continuous improvement
