A leading academic institution, serving as Austria's largest university, is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join their internal IT services division. The Role
- Build, introduce, and manage standards within a central CRM system
- Collaborate closely with and support Product Owners, focusing on CRM
- Create and manage components related to CRM
- Implement automated, internal, and cross-system tests for efficient CRM quality assurance
- Provide 3rd-level support to users and colleagues and work with various technologies within the Scrum team
- Actively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the software development process
What You'll Need
- Relevant education (apprenticeship, technical college, university degree) and/or professional experience in software development
- Initial experience in CRM and good knowledge of application operations
- Basic familiarity with agile software development processes (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
- Prior experience in documenting and managing test cases and cycles, ideally in Jira
- Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and security awareness
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level)
