Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams across multiple technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, NodeJS).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Develop scripts and internal tools to streamline processes and delivery workflows.
- Implement tools and systems to improve development, integration, and project coordination.
- Lead architectural discussions and build reusable infrastructure modules.
- Configure and maintain monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Datadog).
- Integrate security scanning and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk).
- Document workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Drive DevOps initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support application teams during production incidents related to infrastructure and pipelines.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or GitLab).
- Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
- Proven experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps platform.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog or similar).
- Familiarity with security tools integrated into CI/CD (SonarQube, Snyk, SAST).
- Experience with secret management tools (Vault, Azure Key Vault).
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Understanding of Azure security and governance (RBAC, Azure Policy).
- Experience working with microservices architectures.
- Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104).
