We are seeking an accomplished Lead Python Web Developer to join our driven team.

Responsibilities
- Build high-performance web applications using Python technologies
- Increase platform reliability and improve service availability
- Integrate third-party APIs and complementary services to expand functionality
- Coordinate with multiple teams to meet shared project goals
- Refactor and upgrade existing web systems to match evolving business requirements
- Review code submissions and coach other developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms
- Establish and maintain best practices for web development workflows
- Support planning and estimation for new features and project enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in web-focused software engineering roles
- At least 1 year of experience leading and supervising development teams
- Advanced proficiency in Python for building and maintaining web applications
- Solid background in database management for reliable data storage and retrieval
- Hands-on experience with Git for version control, team collaboration, and workflow improvements
- Proven ability with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI for efficient application delivery
- Working knowledge of Python web servers used to deploy and run web solutions
- Deep understanding of security measures that protect web applications from vulnerabilities
- Solid background in software development methodologies that support predictable execution
- Proven experience implementing secure user authentication and authorization systems
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams or projects to successful outcomes
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of deploying and operating web applications on cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker or similar tooling for containerized environments
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building user interfaces
