We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer for a fast-growing company with a modern tech stack and decisions that actually matter. You'd design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services , with full responsibility from idea to production.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance backend services end-to-end
- Take full responsibility over features, from architecture decisions to deployment
- Identify bottlenecks and propose real architectural improvements
- Collaborate directly with the product and engineering team to define and implement new capabilities
- Maintain code quality standards, documentation, and engineering best practices
What you need:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java with willingness to migrate is accepted)
- Solid knowledge of API REST / RESTful design and high-performance system architecture
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Upper-Intermediate English (required)
- Availability to overlap with US market hours (UTC-5 to UTC-3)
