Job Description:
The Development Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of development projects. This position involves managing communications, tracking progress, and assisting in various project-related activities to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings and communications between the development team, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with project managers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and new opportunities.
• Assist with software testing, website demos, presentations, and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as project plans, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience coordinating development projects or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with software development processes.
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation.
Personality:
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Software & Tools:
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools is preferred.
