We are looking for a Sr/Lead Odoo (Python) Engineer to lead the implementation and customization of the Odoo platform, supporting internal infrastructure and integrations with other company services.
This is a key role within the project, involving solution design, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Odoo experience in complex environments, a solid backend background in Python, proven leadership in development teams, and the drive to advance best practices.
Requirements:
Required Technical Experience
- Strong experience with Python, focused on backend development (5+ years)
- Proven experience with Odoo (3+ years)
- Hands-on experience implementing and customizing the Odoo platform
- Experience integrating Odoo with external systems and services
- Strong experience designing scalable solutions and leading development teams
- Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality, standards, and proper documentation
- Experience with unit testing and participation in QA processes
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and Business Analysts
- Strong documentation and communication practices
- Experience working in distributed or remote teams
