About The Role
We're looking for a
TypeScript Developer to join our backend team. You'll work on building and maintaining scalable, robust backend services, with strong emphasis on TypeScript and JavaScript. Prior experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) is a significant plus, as our systems handle data exchange in these formats.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript
- Build and consume SDKs to integrate with internal and external systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Work with structured healthcare data formats (HL7 XML, FHIR JSON) when applicable
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the backend stack
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript in backend environments
- Working experience with React or Angular (not necessarily senior-level)
- Experience building or working with SDKs
- Advanced English proficiency (team communication, documentation, meetings)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and data handling
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Fullstack experience.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards — HL7 (XML) and/or FHIR (JSON)
- Familiarity with health-tech data exchange, integration engines, or related standards
- Any prior exposure to interoperability work, even partial, is a strong plus
