We are a portfolio of fast-growing DTC eCommerce brands building custom internal tools to support high-volume operations 🚀.

These tools manage internal workflows, customization logic, approvals, and operational processes. They already exist and are actively used — our goal now is to make them more scalable, faster, safer, and easier to maintain as volume grows.

In this role, you will work directly with the founder, improving and evolving real systems that impact the business every day.

🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a practical, execution-focused Full Stack Developer to help strengthen and extend our internal tools.

This is not a greenfield role.

This is a make-it-better, make-it-stronger, make-it-scale role.

You don’t need to be a top-tier senior engineer, but you must be smart, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with AI-assisted code and with people who may explain problems conceptually rather than in perfect technical detail.

🧠 How You’ll Work:

🔹 Daily Tasks (Primary)

📌 Receive daily tasks of varying complexity.

🐞 Fix bugs, implement improvements, perform refactors, and optimize systems.

⚡ Execute efficiently, ask smart questions when needed, and ship solutions.

🔹 Focused Weekly Projects

📅 Occasionally you will be assigned larger tasks or refactors with clear deadlines.

Example: “Refactor system X to support higher volume this week.”

For these tasks, you will be expected to:

🧩 Break the work into manageable parts.

⏱️ Manage your own time effectively.

🎯 Deliver results by the deadline.

You will have clear goals, with flexibility in how you approach the solution.

📋 Responsibilities:

💻 Improve and maintain internal web tools across frontend and backend.

⚙️ Refactor existing code to improve scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.

🐞 Identify and fix bugs and edge cases.

🛡️ Improve system robustness and error handling.

🤖 Collaborate with AI-generated code and refine it when necessary.

🧠 Implement features based on conceptual ideas, not always strict technical specifications.

📈 Strengthen systems to support increasing usage and operational volume.

🎯 Role Objectives:

Improve performance, stability, and scalability of internal tools.

Ensure systems remain reliable as operational volume grows.

Contribute to a more maintainable and resilient internal infrastructure.

✅ Requirements:

🧠 3–5 years of experience as a developer or equivalent real-world projects.

💻 Comfortable working across frontend and backend development.

🔍 Ability to understand and improve existing codebases.

🤖 Experience collaborating with AI coding tools.

🛠 Comfortable using Windsurf daily or highly proficient with it.

🧩 Ability to translate high-level ideas into practical technical solutions.

🤝 Comfortable collaborating with technical stakeholders who may describe problems conceptually.

🌎 Clear and confident English communication skills.

⚡ Strong execution mindset and problem-solving orientation.

🛠 Tech & Experience:

You do not need to match everything perfectly, but you should have experience with:

💻 Frontend and Backend development.

☁️ AWS.

🚀 Vercel.

🔗 APIs and integrations.

⚙️ Working with production systems.

⭐ Nice to Have:

🛒 Experience with Shopify (strong plus).

🧩 Experience building or maintaining internal tools.

📈 Familiarity with scaling systems under increasing load.
