Overview
We’re looking for a
Senior Full Stack Developer to build and operate the systems that power core workflows across our healthcare platform. You’ll focus primarily on backend architecture and services, while contributing to frontend features when needed to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who care about reliability, clean design, and building systems that directly support real users. Strong communication, ownership, and a product mindset are essential.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and modern architectural patterns
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations that support internal tools and user-facing features
- Model and optimize data structures, queries, and workflows for performance and reliability
- Implement secure and maintainable systems with proper logging, monitoring, and error handling
- Contribute to frontend development using React or similar frameworks when needed
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate real user needs into technical solutions
- Integrate third-party services and external systems into the platform
- Write clear documentation, share progress, and participate in code reviews
- Own projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
- Monitor production systems and continuously improve performance and stability
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend-focused software development
- Strong expertise in Node.js and PostgreSQL in production environments
- Experience designing APIs, data models, and service integrations
- Working knowledge of React or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. AWS preferred
- Familiarity with caching strategies, queues, ORMs, and scalable system design
- Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions to business impact
- Excellent written communication and experience working in remote, asynchronous teams
- Strong debugging skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, marketplaces, or operations-heavy platforms
- Exposure to AI-powered systems, workflow automation, or RAG-based features
- Experience with infrastructure as code, observability tools, or event-driven systems
