As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Program Coordinator based in Dubai to support the delivery of our programs and help ensure an exceptional experience for our founders, partners, and participants.
About the role
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of programs from start to finish. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and participants to ensure programs run smoothly and are delivered to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate program timelines, logistics, and execution
• Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and events
• Act as a point of contact for program participants and stakeholders
• Prepare program materials, reports, and presentations
• Track program progress, deliverables, and KPIs
• Support operational and administrative requirements of programs
• Ensure a high-quality participant experience
• Support communication between internal teams and external partners
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, events, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented
Nice to have
• Experience working with startups, accelerators, or innovation ecosystems
• Experience coordinating training programs or community initiatives
• Experience working with international teams or partners
