The Implementation Coordinator ensures that the strategic recommendations we make for our clients actually take shape within their daily operations. This position supports our ongoing work for a major investment group based in Abu Dhabi as they navigate a significant portfolio restructuring. We need a precise individual to track specific tasks and maintain the clear flow of information between our principals and the client teams.

What you will do - Track the progress of specific mandates to ensure all milestones are met according to the agreed timeline.
- Organize research and internal documentation related to the investment group based in Abu Dhabi.
- Prepare summary notes that translate complex meeting discussions into clear, actionable items for the team.
- Monitor project timelines and flag potential delays to the principals before they impact the client.
- Collect data from various departments to support portfolio clarity and operating model reviews.
- Assist principals in drafting professional reports that defend our views on corporate governance.
- Coordinate schedules and documentation for remote working sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Maintain the central repository of project files to ensure information is accessible and accurate.
What we are looking for - Strong written precision and the ability to explain ideas using plain, direct English.
- A logical approach to problem solving and a high level of curiosity about how large corporations function.
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously without losing track of the small details.
- Comfort working in a fully remote setting where proactive communication is essential for success.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and project coordination tools used to track tasks.
