Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing inventory management power app and tool to monitor cycle count discrepancies, track and update inventory records and status.
• Perform order processing via system.
• Perform packing for cargo.
• Update daily order status.
• Receive and issue goods.
• Handling and sorting physical shipping goods.
• Put away goods to/from storage locations.
• Assist in ensuring cycle count accuracy.
• Pull daily inventory report.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment (non-aircon environment)
• Generate cycle count sheet and update counted results.

Requirements:

• Experience in WMS & SAP systems
• Good in Microsoft excel.
• Able to perform inventory reconciliation Independently.
• Able to reply to email and follow up with supplier inventory audit and schedule.
• Implementing systems and processes to accurately track and record inventory movements.
