Your Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to expand the Open Channel, leveraging existing Prepaid & Postpaid consumer density and identifying new market opportunities.
- Implement plans to explore greenfield areas within the cluster for further business expansion.
- Oversee the execution of all Telco Prepaid & Postpaid related businesses in the Open Channel & Modern Trade category within the cluster.
- Execute quarterly tactical sales programs aimed at achieving Prepaid & Postpaid targets.
- Conduct basic performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable items.
- Monitor dealers' performance within the cluster to ensure alignment with CelcomDigi's product promotions and channel/segment programs.
- Keep informed of competitor activities/programs within the cluster and assess their impact on CelcomDigi. Propose actions to maintain competitiveness.
- Execute strategies to ensure the health of the cluster pyramid structure according to guidelines set by the Sales & Distribution Team.
- Achieve sales targets for reloads and quality activations, contributing to revenue growth.
- Maintain CelcomDigi's visibility within the clusters through active execution of plans.
- Conduct daily tasks through physical visits to dealers within the allocated clusters.
- Address and resolve dealer and frontline system/product-related queries promptly and efficiently.
