Job responsibilities:
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer needs and requirements.
- Prepare costing, quotation and negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Market and promote company’s product and services.
- Preparing reports for head office and meeting regular sales targets.
- To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
- Provide technical training/ presentation to customer for company’s or product introduction.
- Having experience in equipment sales (Industry Air Compressor) and servicing line will be an added advantage
Requirements:
-Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Business or SPM with 2 years working experience in sales.
-Experience in equipment industrial sales.
-Computer literature (Microsoft Words, Excel. Powerpoint) and a fast learner
-Aggressive in sales and marketing
-Excellent in communication and good interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independent with minimum supervision to meet sales target.

Account
- To handle full sets of accounts.
- Responsible for monthly and yearly financial closing
- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.
- Manage the day to day business operations of the Account Department
- Monitor company cash flow to ensure sufficient fund and process of payment transactions.
- Responsible for companies’ SST including updates and application of SST exemption, and submission of SST reports. (Schedule A)
- To prepare annual budget
- To liaise with banker, external auditor, tax agent, company secretary and other relevant authorities on their respective matters.
Human Resources
- Assist for new recruitment with interview arrangement.
- Assist for all HR related tasks (employee’s claims, leave application, employee attendance and payroll).
- Assist to monitor the enforcement for HR policies, procedures & appraisal in all department.
- To assist in preparing employment contracts, monitor employee’s probation period, preparation of confirmation, promotion or other HR related letters.
- Assist to maintains the work structure by updating job responsibilities and job descriptions for all positions.
Ad-Hoc
- Any other administrative works or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

(1) Job descriptions
· Market and grow SME Plus loans and process cases via EOS.
· Attend to customer requests and appeals on credit related matters within the SLA, and provide basic advise and services to meet customers’ needs.
· Process credit proposals and ad-hoc requests received from customers (existing and new) within SLA’s standard of service; i.e. to ensure Bank’s risk parameters and guidelines are adhered to, and to aware of common shortcomings highlighted by GCRM and Risk Management to maintain high credit standards.
· Monitor all WLs, SMAs and keep Newly Impaired Loans low; i.e. to keep abreast of market developments and early warning signals, to take preventive action to avoid SMAs from turning Impaired.
· Market and sell the Bank's loan products to new and existing customers. This also includes cross-selling of other Bank's products and services.
· Building closer rapport with existing customers to boost utilization and share of business / wallet
(2) Requirements
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and knowledgeable in SME+ Business is added advantages.
· Strong marketing and business acumen with good interpersonal/relationship skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
