About the Role: This position is responsible for the management of the program and to run the project on a day-to-day basis for automotive system solutions delivery from Pune location. The role involves ideation, analytical thinking of current system problems in automotive domain and preparing the business solution on these problems. This role involves discussion with technical team, having knowledge on complete product development which covers all aspects hardware, software, mechanical, product validations, launches/ SOPs. What the role Needs:

• 14-16 years of work experience:

1. Minimum 10 to 12 years of working in Embedded systems [automotive domain preferred]
2. Minimum 2 to 4 years of Program /Project Management-relevant work experience.

• Experience of product development - V engineering model, predictive /adaptive (Agile models) in project management.
• Hands-on working experience on CMMI, ASPICE, ISO26262, cybersecurity topics with automotive standards and best practices
• Knowledge of automotive systems [Diesel, Gasoline, EV] and components specifically ECU (engine control units)
• Experience in designing or developing any automotive systems.
• Ability to work independently and develop/review technical documentation with high quality and technical accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Carry out tests and evaluations to ensure compliance with automotive standards and best practices.

To support user through developing functionality with software vendor, resolving the issue and standardize the procedure.

To implement purchase system to new ship managers though facilitation of gap analysis, preparation of use manual and conducing end-user training.

Job Description

Operational Responsibilities

SmartPAL Purchase module system administration

- Understand full functionality of purchase module.

- Follow up on purchase module issue and take initiative to resolve.

- Collect feedback from users and plan for future development of new functionality.

- Conduct User Acceptance Test of new functionality to deployment

- Monitor vendor’s work progress for development and issue fix and follow up whenever necessary.

- Budget and Actual management of new functionality development

- Create operation manual for end-user.

Implementation of Purchase Module

- Support implementation purchase module to new ship manager including conducting gap-analysis, prioritization of function development and User Acceptance Test coordination. Need to collaborate with various stakeholders to establish a implementation plan.

- Support implementation of mobile application of purchase module for onboard crew members.

Procurement strategy building

- Manage and create purchase related BI report based on the system date.

- Gathering the insight from BI report and prepare procurement strategy.

Job Requirement

Experience: At least 1 years of working experience in the purchase department (international procurement).

IT Skills: Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Soft Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, a positive attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. Project Management and problem solving skill.

Documentation Skill: Excellent and speedy documentation skills.

- To do Automotive Software Testing, development consultancy
- The engineers should have experience in setting up of HILS rigs, operating with test cases provided by client, carrying out the tests and submitting results
- At least one engineer should preferably have plant-modelling experience with MATLAB.
- Variety of experience (car, motorcycle or truck component testing) is accepted.
- Experience on either DSPACE or Speedgoat (MATLAB’s own rigs) is required
- Level of experience can vary but the engineers should be comfortable with HILS validation without any hand-holding

Mandatory Skills
- Engineers who has experience on MATLAB, HIL development and test execution.
- Experience on HIL Platform dSpace and/or Speedgoat is key
- Validating VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) and similar key controllers on the rig.
