1. Responsible for all plant operations of the Company and its subsidiary-companies  within the Group.
2. Formulate short and long-term plant operation goal of the Group.
3. Responsible for the Group operation and direct the day-to-day plant operation to the management team and oversee the achievement of the Company’s overall profitability in the Group.
4. Train, develop, provide guidance and motivate direct subordinates in all operation activities.
5. Report to the Executive Director on a weekly work progress of the overall group operation status.

Oversee and responsible for the optimization of the plant capacity, maximization of the production output and equipment efficiency, labour cost-effectiveness, zero-defect quality program, 100% achievement of customer delivery, 100% fulfillment of customer response time and supplier managed-inventory program.
10. The Manager shall at all times, observe and carry out faithfully and conscientiously the duties and responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Executive Director.
11. Oversee and responsible for all incoming raw materials are meeting the Company’s specifications.
12. Oversee and responsible for the Company ISO Quality and Environmental Management System program.
13. Oversee and responsible for the cost-efficiency of the plant operate.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate and oversee repair, maintenance, and other operational services.
• Supervise all staff within the building including maintenance, security, janitorial staff, and any contracted workers.
• Liaise with property owners and tenants to handle inquiries, issues, and enforcement of strata by-laws.
• Coordinate with the Strata Management Committee on necessary reports, budgets, expenditures, and capital improvement projects.
• Plan, schedule, and manage routine maintenance activities and special projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Degree in Property Management/Building or any other related fields with good academic results.
• Knowledgeable in Strata Management Act (2013) and all other acts / regulations relevant to property management

Job Description :-

• Plan and propose any new development and cost down activities

Job scope
- Manage strategic and financial planning activities of the company including Cashflow Forecasting and Projections, Treasury management
- Involved in Annual Budgeting
- potential to manage all of the BURSA MALAYSIA announcement and dealing with compliance and answer to MSHWG and prepare Investor Pack
- Preparation of Statutory Reporting and Governance - including financial statements, Year-end Audit
- Preparation of Audit and presentation to the board of directors
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirement including audit, tax matters, and any other corporate governance (transfer pricing/ tax on employee shares scheme)
- Provide an overview of M&A activities.
- Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/ financial/ accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audit of the Group with full compliance of new MFRS and corporate governance guidelines on Public Listed Companies.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirement:
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, MACPA, MIA, CPA.
- Minimum 10 years' working experience in manufacturing fields.
- Able to work independently and lead a Finance team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- Consolidation knowledge and experience are required
- Proficiency in both verbal and written mandarin. Bilingual or tri-lingual is a plus.
