Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will execute administrative and operational activities that are critical to the operation of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) activities for medical devices at one of SingHealth’s institutions and coordinate and support cybersecurity strategies. You will collate and analyse information to facilitate management decisions and prepare reports for stakeholders. You will also work with the Biomedical Engineering (BME) shared services and IT security teams across SingHealth to ensure a robust risk management framework is in place for medical devices that are connected to the IT network. This includes updating the asset inventory, implementing the relevant standards and procedures for IoMT medical devices and evaluating and executing work instructions to minimise the risk for medical devices and systems. You will also provide secretariat support and participate in ad hoc projects.

SUMMARY
The Senior Development Officer (SDO) is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major and principal gift prospects and donors to Rochester Regional Health with a focus on corporate giving. The Senior Development Officer will effectively manage a major gift pipeline in support of Rochester Regional Health’s hospitals, clinical departments, community programs and service lines. Ideally, the SDO will raise in excess of $1M annually from corporate and individual donors. Additionally, the Senior Development Officer may oversee Development Associates and Development Officers in achieving the goals of the Foundation—and provide appropriate coaching for growth and development. Additionally, the SDO will develop partnerships with foundation colleagues, clinicians, volunteers, and others in support of relationships with prospective donors that lead to gifts.

Be at the Heart of HDR Development: Work from our Bundoora West Campus, becoming a key player in the development activities for our HDR community. Your role will involve facilitating high-quality research events, from symposia to industry collaborations, enhancing our students' research experience.
Engage in College-Wide Initiatives: Beyond the campus, engage in enriching HDR development activities across the College. To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
Knowledge and understanding of the research environment in the higher education sector and ideally of the processes and practices in supporting higher degree research students.
Commitment to service excellence and persistence with outstanding issues to achieve timely resolution.
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and logistical support in the organisation and delivery of a range of events and activities.
Highly developed organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with people at all levels, internally and externally, in a tactful, professional and cooperative manner.
Demonstrated ability to collate data and prepare meaningful, accurate reports by deadlines.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant area and/or relevant experience.
