As Implementation Consultant for our hotel PMS solutions, you'll improve the adoption and usage of the company’s product services and maintain revenue growth targets by providing excellent customer care and maintaining healthy relationships with our current and future customers in an environment where every staff member is passionate about going the extra mile.
· Take care of the overall installation and updates of hotel Property Management
Systems (PMS)
· Install and configure PMS interfaces for third party vendors
· Troubleshooting PMS network related issues
· Installation of PMS backup solutions
· Perform health checks on PMS systems
· Provide detailed reports and create documentation on new installation processes
· Provide suggestions or make modifications to existing documentation to improve
quality installations
· Provide high quality customer care while performing installation services and support
of customers’ systems
