JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Source the quality and cost effective raw material, packaging material and Non Trade for Group.
• Evaluate and assess New supplier. Monitor performance / audit existing supplier.
• Negotiate with supplier on price/service.
• Monitor the price trend and material demand/supply in market.
• Involve in new product/project. Coordinate and plan out qty needed and advise supplier.
• To check and verify SST report.
• Resolve product quality issue with supplier.
• To plan / liaise with supplier and ensure sufficiency of raw and packaging material to cover for future production use.
• To handle license/permit/MIDA/MITI/Customs & meeting with Government Officers.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
  Industrial Background Preferred.
• Min 4 years experience in the Food & beverage manufacturing industry.
• At least 6 years experience for Procurement Executive role.
• Required skills : ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
• Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, resourceful and multi-task
• Ability in problem-solving, strong time management skills with a passion for learning

• Work with the Operations team to provide seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Process customer's orders/ inquiries timely and accurately.
• communicate discrepancies/ issues to Manager when necessary.
• Proactively alert 3PLs and customers in the event any service deviation from standard transport mapping.
• Responsible and familiarise with track and trace systems.
• Continuous update thtough communication channels on current status from 3PLs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

• Final year students in Supply Chain/ Transportation/ Logistics.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Job Description:

• Execute and monitor all UAT batch flow processing and ensure timely completion of endpoints/milestones.
• Perform level 1 support and resolution for batch issues in the environment
• Maintain a good communication with end users. Keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, progress of Batch UAT etc.
• Assist with the diagnosis of problems, determining and implementing appropriate solutions; guiding and/or communicating resolutions to end users.
• Desktop/laptop configuration and Level 1 troubleshooting of Batch processing in UAT
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and resolve or escalate accordingly.
• Monitor real time performance of the UAT computing environment.
• Support in non-standard office hours (on rotating shift).
• Help ensure IT documentations, SOPs, track and document all outages and incidents. are maintained and up to date.
• Generates batch status reports and distributes to end-users..
• To participate in IT projects, activities or events that would be assigned by the supervisor.
• Broadcast environment readiness status to internal customers (within IT department).

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology,Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written

Job Responsibilities:

• To Operate with imaging tools for use in the creation of electronic files or archives.
• Prepare, scan, and perform quality checking of documents/images being converted to
• electronic/digital format and ensure the outputs are properly transferred and indexing of images.
• To clean and perform basic maintenance on scanning equipment. Troubleshoot and adjust equipment when necessary.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and strictly follow workflow process and chain of command.
• Keep work station clean and organized and maintain departmental efficiency standards relating to volumes and service levels and complete jobs before due date especially on the daily KPI set on the deliverables by the team lead.
• Interact with other team members as necessary to accomplish goals.
• Train or assist other associates on aspects of processing to ensure they have the same understanding of the scanning operation.
• Recognize and report problems and issues typical to equipment and given processes.
• Responsible to report all the completed daily tasks to the superior.
• To perform transportation activities, including moving items and packages to reach destinations on schedule, arranging and/or performing logistic services as necessary.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
