Job Description

• Response to customer inquiries e.g. Booking, CRO, Schedule, Free Time application with liner, Request Waiver of Demurrage/Detention & etc.
• Submitting bookings with shipment details to carriers and releasing booking confirmations to customers on a timely basis.
• Monitoring booking to avoid last-minute cancellations and incurred charges.
• Monitoring Export Container Movement.
• Monitoring Export Customs Clearance with the appointed Forwarding Agent (FA).
• Monitoring Shipping Instruction & Original BL from the customer to liner to avoid penalty.
• Monitoring Import FCL shipment.
• Monitoring Import shipment LCL shipment.
• Prepare Monthly Sailing Schedule and provide it to customers.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions if any.
• Update the shipment details in the designated files.
• Monitoring daily document collection with dispatch together with submission of payment for those cash term liners.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent. 
• Excellent in effective communication both spoken and written, presentation and analytical skills. 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Required Skills(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding or equivalent.

Your Role:

• Prepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocks
• Ensure that inventories are constantly up to standards
• Responsible for forecasting Company’s future stock needs
• Set up operation standards for all subordinates to follow
• Ensure proper management of aging, returns and excess stocks
• Respond to complaints and queries concerning inventories and products

You Are:

• At least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Chrisjac 目前正在與我們在國際物流行業的長期客戶合作，尋找一位充滿熱情且經驗豐富的出口貨運專業人士，在他們位於八打靈再也 Kelana Jaya 的主要業務運營中心工作。

職位描述：
身為貨運代理官員，您將在出口部門內緊密且支援的團隊環境中工作。總體而言，您將為指定的客戶群提供指導，指導他們完成無縫的運輸和物流流程，並成為內部部門和外部服務提供者之間的紐帶。
該職位將包括為所有拼箱客戶處理出口貨運，從貨運預訂、分配到最終交付和向海外客戶收貨。
職責將涉及以下角色流程：

• 接收和處理貨運預訂。
• 與航運公司協調預訂。
• 與客戶、運輸公司和海外代理商聯絡和協調。
• 準備相關出口文件。
• 準備運費/運費，開立和開立發票。

候選人
理想的候選人應擁有約 2-3 年處理出口行業的貨運運營經驗，包括近期在貨運代理或聯合裝載機中擔任出口運營角色的經驗。在這方面，對國際航運和國內運輸有深入了解的候選人將非常有利於填補這一職位。
該職位的成功候選人將需要出色的溝通技巧、談判能力和準確理解資訊的能力，因為您將與各種利害關係人聯絡，共同為業務客戶提供所需的結果。
