This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm which they are currently paying £15.44 per hour for! They are also offering hybrid working following 2 weeks training within the office which allows you to meet the team and pick up your case load.
Main Responsibilities
To contribute to Single Assessments. To contribute to Age Assessments. Support and advocate for Children & Young People who are Looked After or Leaving Care (including Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children/Young People). To supervise contact visits when parents are visiting children who are looked after. To attend supervision compliant with CYPS Supervision policy and procedure and with the Team Manager at annual PDR and mid-year review their individual and developmental needs. To meet Children's Workforce development Confederation Induction Standards |

You will be able to demonstrate you are able to respond calmly and sensitively to our Care Leavers who at times may be presenting challenging behaviours and in crisis situations.
