Job Description
The Account Manager of We Are Social will be responsible for social media communication project management for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with different teams and show a strong enthusiasm for We Are Social and everything we represent.
As an Account Manager, You will:
● Offer professional social media marketing service to our clients;
● Receive briefs from clients, organise brainstorming with creative team, lead operations team to finish the cost estimation & operational proposals, and consolidating final proposal under the instruction of key direction & strategy from Account Directors;
● Proceed with contract process and payment issues with finance team;
● Ensure completion of daily jobs/tasks with efficiency and in a result-driven manner;
● Complete monthly/quarterly data analysis and report for clients (with the help of third party partners);
● Conduct social listening for both clients and competitors;
● Proposal drafting & consolidation during project pitch preparation, as well as for all BAU materials;
● At least 3 years working experience in the field of social media and/or performance marketing;
● Knowledge in social media platform best practices, media buy strategy, Google ads, etc
● Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote
● Fluent in both English and Mandarin languages, both in terms of speaking & writing
● Open personality and proactive working attitude towards challenges and problems.
