As a Public Relations Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a positive image of EBC Financial Group. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns, managing media relations, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.

• Develop and execute effective PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand visibility.
• Cultivate relationships with media professionals, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive coverage.
• Create compelling press releases, articles, and other written materials to communicate key messages to target audiences.
• Organize and coordinate events, press conferences, and other promotional activities to support PR objectives.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Communications, to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Prepare and distribute information to the media, including press kits and promotional materials.
• Manage crisis communication strategies and serve as a spokesperson when necessary.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay abreast of industry developments and PR best practices to continually improve strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

• 1-2 years proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
