Senior Account Manager

up to 80k plus OTE

UK based, predominantly remote with field visits

My client is an Insurance SaaS provider that is looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to join their team.

Insurance software industry or software industry experience working with enterprise level clients is essential to this role.

You will be someone who is very energetic and feels passionately about sales, in particular quality account management.

You will work with enterprise level clients, driving total contract value (TCV).

You will strategically plan your approach to clients and offer software solutions to cater for their needs. You are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships to meet sales targets.

Sales can vary from small changes on accounts, all the way to £1m transformation initiatives.

Your relationship with key accounts will make a signficant difference to the overall turnover from these accounts. This role will be about bringing your passion and energy into your work, and maximising these accounts.

The business is already thriving and this role is an additional headcount, so there is plenty of scope to hit and exceed your targets.

Personality and passion are key to success. You will be someone that possesses the advanced skills required to successfuly account manage existing clients, ensuring that the quality of what you do is demonstrated at every stage of the customer journey.

Duties and Responsibilities

To fulfill this role will:

1. Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including cybersecurity and IT executives, business users, and security engineering and operations teams.
2. Be responsible for planning and executing strategic account plans for Key Accounts to deepen client engagement and perform sales/business activities in the assigned account.
3. Expand coverage within target accounts to gather information such as account dynamics, cybersecurity pain points and opportunities
4. Identify, qualify, and close cybersecurity product/services deals individually and as a team.
5. Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams on solutioning; provide client inputs for internal teams to generate and enhance service offerings based on clients need.
6. Work with internal teams to develop proposals, conduct client presentations and oversee the smooth execution of bid and successful delivery of engagements.
7. Excel in achieving sales targets, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
8. Leverage Ensign platform (e.g. marketing, thought leadership, events, Business Unit campaigns) to generate leads to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
9. Operate as the lead commercial contact point for clients on all matters related to the business and as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
10. Own accurate and predictable forecasting of pipeline and revenue (through Salesforce) to maintain favorable business health.
11. Kept abreast on the industry and competitors’ trend to develop a unique value proposition of our service offerings.
12. Achieve a positive brand experience and image for the company.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience (with 2 years spent in system integration or similar role).
• Proactive, disciplined sales individual with high level of integrity.
• Proven hunting track record in generating pipeline and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of sales process and managing complex deals will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen entrepreneurial mind set. Ability to work individually in the assigned country with remote support.
• Strong presentation, negotiation skills and project management abilities.
• Possess a strong understanding and network in the assigned segments/accounts.
• Demonstrate strong relationships with customer decision makers and key management levels.
• Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers.

Job Description:

 

We are looking for a highly qualified Account Director with experience in multiple digital marketing channels, as well as leading projects to greatness. The key role for the AD will be to deliver leadership across the key accounts within DWA India’s portfolio. S/he will have responsibility for his/her group’s P&L and the professional development of their staff as well as fostering strong relationships with key clients. The AD will come from a media planning background and be able to deliver strategic and innovative campaigns for their clients. In addition, s/he will assist on new business projects as required.

 

Key Attributes

1. Leadership – The AD will, through their leadership of the account, earn the trust and respect of the client, their team members and other relevant parties. The AD will be responsible to develop the vision for the key client accounts. They will ensure that client satisfaction is always maximised. Industry commentary and leadership is also required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate / post-graduate in Business Management
• Overall about 8 years’ experience in client relationship management for all forms of media, post sales consulting and project management, ideally with 5+ years of media agency experience.
• Successful track record of building relationships and managing client engagements with senior executives at media companies.
• Strong customer service outlook with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate needs to be able to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of customers’ needs, requirements and organizational structures
• Strong business, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and proven professional, with demonstrated ability to create and administer complex campaign schedules, communicated in a straight talking, open and easily digestible manner
