Tasks & responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact with all carriers and shipping agents; and reviewing performance and rates to ensure best value.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Coordinating company imports and exports and liaising with shipping agents to ensure accurate customs declarations.
- Reviewing carrier invoices and managing the process of recharging customers where applicable.
- Liaising between clients and shipping companies to resolve any complaints.
- Coordinating warehouse staff to enable effective land-based product shipping.
- Reviewing orders and processing order changes, returns and cancellations.
Qualifications & experience
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Fluent in English, Computer literacy, microsoft office
- Possess own vehicle and able to Start Work Immediately.
- Working duration from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, 5 1/2days week with alternative Saturday.
