Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Asst.Training Manager in implementation of any other HR projects.
• To conduct introduction training for all direct new hires and incorporate relevant safety standards into all training programs and procedures.
• To work towards developing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of operators at assigned process.
• Deliver "On the Job" training to operators in order to achieve required standards and performance.
• To ensure all shop floor employees are adequately trained for job assigned and to maintain their training records for QMS purpose.
• To evaluate efficiency of operators, their jobs, and adherence to work instructions and or company policies and propose actions towards improvement.
• To create SOP/WI if needed.
• Submit weekly and monthly report.
• Manage multiple new hired employees at a time
• Performs regular process audits of personnel, tooling and equipment in assigned areas.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia and other language is advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively and sensitively.
• With good attendance and work quality.
• Knowledge in ISO9001:2000 is and added advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Talent Development Specialist would focus on the development and implementation of training assets for internal clients and company initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, and executes learning programs, courses, and solutions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; focused on Crew Member success and impact
• Collaborates with leaders and key stakeholders across functional areas to understand specific learning and development needs, Helps determine appropriate training delivery methods and creates learning in a variety of formats
• Facilitates training to talent at all levels within the organization using a variety of instructional methods including instructor led facilitation, virtual workshops, asynchronous e-learning, on the job training etc.
• Video Production: Take ownership of the end-to-end video production process, including planning, build shot lists, scripting from scratch, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production
• Content Creation: Develop innovative and visually compelling video content that aligns with the learning objectives and target audience, incorporating various formats such as animations, live-action, interviews, demonstrations, and simulations
• Video Editing and Post-production: Utilize professional video editing software and tools to refine and enhance raw footage, add graphics, animations, sound effects, music, voiceovers, and subtitles as necessary
• Equipment Management: Maintain and organize video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio recording devices, and editing software/hardware
• Multimedia Integration: Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate video content seamlessly into broader learning materials and platforms, such as e-learning modules, presentations, and virtual classrooms
• Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production, multimedia, and e-learning to continually improve the quality and impact of our video content
• Serves as the primary administrator for training programs and supports administrative efforts with training related technology systems and programs including the Learning Management System, assessments, surveys etc.
• Help ensure training strategies and initiatives are in alignment with Five Below company culture supported by the company’s Purpose & Core Values
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of adult learning principles: Understanding how adults learn, different learning styles, and designing training programs that appeal to all types of learners
• Experience facilitating and developing learning programs along with support materials (slide decks, job aids, facilitator guides, etc.)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of video production experience
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools for motion graphics and audio editing.
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
• Proficiency in filming technology as well as Microsoft Office, Excel & Power Point
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and multimedia integration in a learning context
• Ability to operate independently and work cohesively with internal departments in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong people skills and well organized to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Primary:

To provide creative and operational elements of Audio in broadcast standard environment for all TV Production, OB and Studios events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and the execution of the audio plan to develop the appropriate audio requirement for TV production.
• Assist in handling of basic TV broadcast Mix Audio operations, Front-of-House (FOH) & Stage monitoring operation and ensure consistent audio quality during live and recorded productions.
• Maintain proper records/inventory of the sound equipment and follow up on equipment under repair.

Qualifications:

• NITEC in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Audio/Video Field or Diploma in Audio Engineering / Film, Sound and Video.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Experience in setting up sound system.
• Experienced in Audio Mixing and Recording Operation.
• Experience in the Maintenance of audio equipment.
• Strong Communication skills and Problem Solving.
