As our Manager of Fundraising & Donor Management, you will be at the forefront of our mission, working closely with the Director, Sponsorship & Partnership. Join us in creating strategies that not only alleviate hunger but also inspire positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
· Craft innovative strategies for fundraising and donor engagement.
· Lead the charge in planning and executing exciting fundraising projects and events.
· Collaborate with Marcom and our Board FR Committee for major event organization.
· Cultivate new donors and nurture relationships with existing supporters.
· Conduct research and analysis for donor management using Salesforce.
· Act as a liaison with NCSS and other external agencies for donation-related activities.
· Apply for grants from various foundations and ensure timely submission of utilization reports.
· Manage the end-to-end Donor Journey, from pitch decks to funding proposals to heartfelt thank-you letters.
· Prepare and present insightful reports on fundraising activities and results.
· Oversee online and third-party donations, ensuring seamless processes.
· Handle correspondences related to all donations.
· Manage licensing policy and its application.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree/professional degree in a related field.
· Proven experience and a track record in fundraising or a similar capacity.
· Independent, organized, meticulous, analytical, and creative, with excellent critical thinking skills.
· Collaborative team player with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
· Event organization experience is not just a plus – it's vital!
· Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects effortlessly.
· Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
· Great with digital tools and social media.
