JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Oversee the Agency Transformation team and transform the team's operational processes, policies, and regulatory requirements on a regular and need-to basis.
- Ensuring adequate agency training needs are met and developing the training roadmap for agency channels as per organization needs.
- Initiate and ensure all key initiatives and activities of the agency channel are carry out accordingly as instructed by Head, Agency Transformation & Development.
- Formulate new initiatives and carry out business analytics for CAO to drive agency channel sales.
PROJECTS THE INCUMBENT WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Agency Policies and Procedure Enhancement
- Agency Training Roadmap and Training Material Enhancement
- Regulatory and Internal compliance fulfillment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Degree Holder in any discipline
- Minimum 5- 8 years experience in Agency Administration and Operations.
- Familiar with training initiatives, line of business, and processes in General Insurance.
EXTRA BONUS POINTS:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Must be inclined in data analytics and meticulous in details.
