Regional Store Designer

Be a key team member in the creation of appealing interior design, new fixture development and merchandising bible for Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

· Provide interior design solutions from space planning up to final design approval for local and TR channels.

· Check shop drawings and provide feedback to contractor’s queries, ensuring quality installation.

· Develop technical drawing and specification of new store fixtures.

· Design and develop fixtures that are in line with Sisley brand image.

· Manage the development of new fixtures by working with suppliers and local countries. Include coordinating on prototyping, sourcing of new materials up to installation phase.

· Follow up on project status and timeline control through project tracker on an on-going basis.

· Maintain the technical specification of regional merchandising bible, ensuring it is up to date.

· Support the forecast, ordering of semi-permanent fixtures between markets and suppliers.

· Provide animation/outpost/pop-up one off design or guideline from planning to final design whenever needed.

· Manage quality of build such as fabrication and installation checks & on-site supervision whenever needed.

Requirements:

· Possess a Diploma or degree in Architecture /Interior Design.

· Possess at least 3-5 years of experience in retail store or interior design.

· Full proficiency in AutoCad, Sketch up & Adobe Creative Suite.

· Efficient in Adobe CC software and MS Excel software is a plus.

· Strong technical expertise in Space planning, Design and Construction/Store Fit-out/Luxury boutiques.

· Familiar with retail store design requirements such as lighting, furniture design, detailing fixtures and maintaining consistency in these requirements

· Possess strong creative, excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills.

· Proactive and able to work in a team.

Interior Designer

• 5 / 6 days, Saturday depends on workload or site visit
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Salary: $2500 -$3200

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing, designing for every project, based on client's requirements
• Drafting 3D perspectives for clients to visualize and understand
• Preparing relative technical drawings for clients / authority submissions
• Calculate specifications and tabulate a quotation based on guidelines
• Project management, supervision and coordination.
• Liaise with sub-contractors/ architects/ engineers/ clients

Requirements

• Diploma in interior design or degree or equivalent.
• 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photo Shop, Auto Cad is a must
• 2 years of working experience in landed house building
• Applicants must be willing to travel around island should the need arises.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise records of all warehouse inventory.

• Proficiency in using inventory management software and the MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
