1. DESCRIPTION
A. Role should aim to fulfil our Riding School’s (RS) vision to promote equestrian sports and raise participation at all levels (beginners to high performance).
B. To work with our team of Instructors in the management of our Riding School which offers public riding as well as livery yard with competition facilities.
C. To develop and scale our training program for Riders and Horses at all levels for our Riding School.
D. To develop and scale our training program for our National Coaching development program (including Para dressage).
2. JOB DUTIES
A. Deliver high quality lessons and equestrian activities for our RS
B. Manage our RS horses’ condition and their schooling for lessons.
C. Organising and handling of horse care matters alongside Riding Executive.
D. Manage and report on daily operational matters to the management team (including GM).
E. Manage and work alongside Riding Executive in schedule, filing and records management.
F. Complete instructors’ administration task which includes submitting Monthly report in relation to operational matter to Riding Executive.
G. Upgrade staff competency and qualifications in riding and stable management.
H. Organising and handling of daily stable matters relating to grooms, vet care ensuring horse and facilities are kept in condition.
3. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
A. Equestrian Australia, FEI or BHS Intermediate Coaching certification or other equivalent with at least 5years of relevant experience.
B. Experience with coaching riders at Concours de Dressage International (CDI) level (CDI) international competition levels, or have competed at such level of international competition.
C. Possess in depth experience with high standards of horse care and schooling them to rideable level for our RS riders.
D. Possess good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and positive attitude in all aspect of this role.
E. To have passion for horses, equestrian sports and coaching at any levels of riders.
F. Able to speak and delivery lessons in English. G. To be a Registered with National Registry of Coaches (NROC) with SportSG or working towards such certification.

As a AIR BATTLE MANAGER (INSTRUCTOR) (TITLE 32), GS-2101-12, this position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG) Air Control Squadron (ACS) and is part of the Theatre Air Control System directly subordinate to the Air Operations Center. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The purpose of this position is to plan, organize, evaluate, and train activities of the Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) mission which includes the Air Battle Manager (ABM) and Weapons Director (WD) career fields. This position is required to maintain qualification as an instructor/evaluator/trainer for ABM or WD. Provides training for advanced instructor techniques, student assessment, and evaluation criteria. This position also supervises any combination of the following programs: Training (DOT), Standards and Evaluation (CCV), Weapons and Tactics (DOK), and Mission Training Planning (MTP). Serves as an ABM or WD as a CRC crew member performing mission operations duties in support of combat, peacetime, humanitarian and Personal Recovery (PR) missions; to perform unit air operations command/control and related staff support duties.
1. Performs as an instructor for the Air Battle Manager/Weapons Director position. Ensures training encompasses the full spectrum of theory, formal classroom and actual live, distributive and simulation missions on Battle Management Systems functions. Determines training requirements by analyzing unit training objectives, missions, combat readiness reports, Training Review Boards, Standard/Evaluation reports and directives.
