Participate as a key business partner to the Pulsafeeder GM and HR Leader. Contribute to business strategy development and operational execution of business plans that drive organic growth and M&A.
Prioritize talent management – coach / develop BU finance leaders, build a deep talent pool at all levels of the organization and establish succession plans for self, direct team and their direct team.
Direct the regular financial processes for the business units including closing the books, forecasting, planning, and the reporting and analysis of results.

This role is responsible for the strategic and operational management of strategic applications and data capabilities. The ERP landscape has gone through profound transformation over the past 2-3 years with the consolidation of 30+ ERP’s onto one instance of SAP S/4 HANA and one instance of Oracle e-Business Suite. The role is critical in ensuring we deliver the expected value from our recent $50m+ investment in ERP and achieve the efficiency and effectiveness targets from the Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions. The Data landscape remains complex due to our historical fragmented system landscape across functions and geographies. The role will ensure that we continue to enable business efficiencies through increased levels of system integrations, and that we also support all functions in their objective to become more data driven.
Role and responsibilities
Provide thoughts leadership and collaborate with the ITLT and senior business leaders to define, maintain, and promote a target architecture for the entire applications landscape that is both fit-for-purpose and aligned with the company’s challenges and opportunities.
Establish and lead the necessary governance to ensure all projects and programmes are aligned with the agreed target architecture. Challenge those initiatives that are not; refresh the target architecture as necessary.
Lead or actively support accountable ITLT members in the development of robust business cases for any new ERP or Data projects, demonstrating their business benefits and their strategic alignment with the company’s goals whilst adhering to agreed annual Capex targets.
Responsible for the successful technical delivery of those ERP and Data projects that have received Capital Approval Board approval.
Responsible for i) managing ERP and Data business-as-usual activities to agreed Service Level Agreements, and ii) ensuring all change requests are approved, prioritized and delivered following the agreed governance processes that the role will need to own, mature and embed.
Accountable for the planning and management of a multi-million dollars annual Operating Expenses budget for the ERP Centre of Excellence and Data & Integrations departments.
Overall accountability for sustaining the relationships with and maximizing the value from ERP and Data software, projects and services providers.

What you’ll bring
Proven years in IT leadership in projects and services delivery for business applications
Extensive experience in SAP, S/4 HANA is a must. Experience in Oracle is desirable
Management of multi-million dollars annual OpEx budget and multi-million dollars CapEx project portfolio
University degree in Information Technology or in a related field or equivalent work experience
Broad knowledge of ERP, business intelligence and middleware technologies and management of ERP teams
Financial acumen to manage a multi-million dollars annual operating budget

Formulates multi-million dollar capital and operating budgets in support company’s strategic goals and mission. Assembles feasibility studies, request for information/proposal (RFI/RFP) and return on investment (ROI) calculations in defense of these budgets. Negotiates large scale contracts with vendors and monitors expenditures associated budgets.

6. This position has company wide responsibility for a wide range of information technology projects, and hardware and software solutions. Work is performed in a fast paced multi-tasked environment where there may be conflicting priorities or tight deadlines. The incumbent has critical decision-making authority for projects, designs and solutions and works at peer level with management across diverse areas and multiple states. The incumbent develops content and participates in meetings, presentations, visioning sessions, strategic and planning sessions, implementation activities, and supports functions system wide. Maintains and applies a broad expert knowledge of company policies, procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
