Office Logistics Management
• Coordinate office supplies procurement, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Manage office equipment and furniture, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements as needed.
• Arrange and oversee office moves, renovations, and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs, such as cleaning services, security, and maintenance contracts.
Facility Maintenance and Cleaning
• Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure the office is tidy and presentable, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising common areas.
• Monitor and restock restroom and pantry supplies regularly.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, such as plumbing leaks, electrical problems, or safety hazards, to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the office space.
Office Organisation and Safety
• Assist in organising office layouts, storage spaces, and common areas for optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.
• Conduct periodic inspections to assess cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
Team Support
• Provide support to office employees by assisting with setting up meeting rooms, organising materials, and handling logistics for events or gatherings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address specific needs or requests related to office logistics and facilities management.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries, requests, or concerns, offering timely assistance and solutions.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in office administration, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, vendors, and service providers.
• Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols in a workplace setting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move supplies as needed.
