Qualification:
1) High School / Diploma
Responsibilities:
· Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures.
· Attending to staff amenities.
· Organize and maintain employee records.
· Update internal databases (e.g. new hire information).
· Answer employees' queries.
· Attend to employees' queries (e.g. statutrory bodies issue).
· Check office supply stock and place orders when needed.
· Arrange staff travel and accommodations.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Staff Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
· In-depth understanding of office and HR procedures.
· Computer literacy (MS Office in particular).
· Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines).
· Knowledge of labour laws.
· Good organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Professionalism while collabourating with varying managerial levels.
· Good interpersonal skill.
· Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
