JOB SCOPE :
- Plan and schedule activities in warehouse encompassing finished goods, raw materials and production support team. Supervise all warehouse operational issues, which include store housekeeping, store administrative duties and stock physicals inventories.
- Coordinate logistics requirement pertaining to transportation and all forms of export documentations.
- Assist in arrangement of goods at the store while the transporters / suppliers / customers arrive to the plant. Make sure that the quantity in / out is equal to our purchase order / delivery order.
- Make sure that the stock level is updated which may including packaging materials and finished products. FIFO practice [Quarterly Basis]
- Assure company’s products quality, packing & labeling images before deliver to client.
- Handling stock control
- Ensure working environment is clean, tidy and safety.
- To assist other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time.
- Monitor and achieve company quality objective target.
REQUIREMENT :
- Must possess minimum Secondary School / SPM / “O” level / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience required.
- PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with good typing skills.
- Knowledge of the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 is essential.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :
a) To manage debtor collection of company
b) To evaluate new credit requests and conduct a customer credit check
c) To prepare a credit approval letter and update the customer profile in the system
d) Respond to customer's inquiries and feedback on the payment issue
e) Liaise with the sales team and customer service for problematic customers
f) To meet the KPI collection target and dateline
g) To prepare a monthly report for management
h) Conduct monthly credit management meetings with management and sales team
i) Prepare monthly Statements of Account to local and overseas customers
j) Carry out all other activities as assigned by HOD
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
a) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or other related fields.
b) Prefer with 2- 3 years of working experience in Credit Control or in the logistics industry might be desirable.
c) Good communication skills and interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with customers
d) Strong team player and able to work independently
e) Ability to multitask and have strong problem-solving skills

Being recognised for our dedication, integrity and for delivering uncompromised service, the company was proud to take on a direct project contract under our respected client, awarding under MMC-GAMUDA (PDP) KVMRT SDN BHD.
In line with the government’s policy to enforce IBS system, JY Creative was actively involved in the precast system for MCT Skypark (One-City) and the most recent aluminium formwork system for Rumah Mampu Milik Project by Shazac Builders.
