• To perform agreement stamping in LHDN portal, delivery to customer, registration and archiving in DTS. 
• Improve the operation flow of DMS operation and ensure all process running smoothly and comply with guideline and procedure.
• Ensure implementation of proper filing and arrangement of customer documents. 
• Controlling of customer documents and agreements and document retrieval as and when requested by other parties. 
• To provide full support to other department and branches nationwide in term of customer service and improvement solution. 
• Work closely with other section in order to ensure operation run smoothly.
• Assist other Section / Unit operation as ad hoc basis.

JOB SUMMARY/ PURPOSE

• Assists in the preparation of required reports by Head Of Departmenr or Vice President Group Offshore Marine Services.
• Collaborate with vessel and team members to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
• To assist and attend on weekend/holiday duties as required to achieve 24/7 support for crew change travel arrangements.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the line manager as needed by operations.
• Manages professional relationship with seafarers on-board.
• Assists in the monitoring of P&I claims and medical cases.

Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service / sales activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing

• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
• Serve as primary contact to junior level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
• Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
• Unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support and analysis
• Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
• Communicate client needs to appropriate team members
• Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
• Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc.
• Ensure client service deliverables are aligned with the regional client service standards

2. Functional / Technical

Key Responsibilities:

• Run regular cadences with the CDM Executives and Team Leads to guide and nurture the team’s growth.
• Manage team capacity and facilitate team allocation between accounts and Brand.
• Work hand in hand with the CDM Team Leads to develop and govern programs, and trainings, that deepen the team’s channel expertise and performance.
• Work closely with the Academy team to design, create and refresh training modules to form the knowledge base of platform seller tools, brand guidelines, internal processes, new business processes, industry developments, and best practices.
• Improve ways of working through templates for product creation, store banner uploading and seller tools management workflow as well brand/task allocation (including virtual workforce) to optimize processes and support consistent performance.
• Propose performance indicators and measurement tools to monitor Brand health and the quality of service provided.
• Conduct store checks and audits to ensure team members timely execution of store operations.
• Review and analyze channel promotions calendar, content & marketing data, and use your findings to improve strategies.
• Be ready to lend support and be hands on during campaigns and peak periods
