Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities for the role entail

• Identify customer needs and convert them to opportunities for each customer group

Industry background of the incumbent

It is important that the incumbent comes from a water treatment background preferably from a chemical treatment portfolio working with industrial customers and with experience in utility treatment and waste water management.

Exposure to the food & beverage manufacturing industry can be desirable but not mandatory

Education & skill background

• Should have a technical background
• Undergraduate degree or post graduate degree in engineering; chemistry; science
• This position needs to have a good understanding of technical issues and a technical problem solving attitude
• Good command over English language is mandatory

The incumbent shall be focused on providing technical support to grow the water treatment business within F&B customers in a designated country/cluster within APAC. He/she shall be required to identify the key gaps and improvement opportunities for customers to develop Diversey’s water treatment portfolio with a systematic approach that will include appropriate product selections, cost in use calculations and benefits delivered to the customer. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for defining standards / protocols for trials, customer audits for relevant applications, lead key trials and gain approvals. As a water treatment expert, the incumbent is also expected to train and/or double work with the sales team on water & wastewater treatment programs.

The role will be part of the Care Operations team and will manage Intellect’s mental healthcare provider network so as to offer a best-in-class medical network spanning across and beyond Asia so as to meet our customer needs. This role will act as the main liaison with network partners from sourcing, contracting, onboarding, implementation, ongoing relationship management, performance monitoring and reporting. This role will also work closely with the internal care operations team to  develop and implement operational processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational performance, efficiency and quality.

• Develop and manage the network partners playbook, including onboarding processes, operational guidelines, integration processes and support systems.
• Strategic demand forecasting and planning to map partner requirements across the region. Formulate and implement short-term and long-term strategies on the partnership, commercial and operational model of each partner.
• Foster strong working relationships with partners, from sourcing, contracting, onboarding, implementation, reporting, performance monitoring, success enablement to reporting.
• Development and implementation of processes, SOPs and SLAs, with continuous refinement and monitoring
• Metrics tracking and reporting for data-backed recommendations to the management
• Leading the end-to-end implementation of data-backed initiatives to meet SLAs and performance metrics
• Strong project management skills to drive projects, establish proper governance over project plans and map operational resources required for successful implementation of projects relating to process improvement, service quality, product implementation, reporting and automation.

The Technical Sales Specialist will report into the Head of Metals & Mining Sales. You will be instrumental in assisting the sales team achieve its sales targets as well as ensuring knowledge transfer across the business.

• Product and sector expertise:

• Retention and proactive new business development:
