JOB SCOPE
As an Administrative, Finance, and Human Resources Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of business operations and play a vital role in supporting our team in administrative tasks, financial analysis, and HR processes.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Administrative:
· Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
· Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
· Managing office supply inventory and ordering as needed.
· Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
· Supporting project management activities and tracking project progress.
Finance:
· Assisting in financial record-keeping and documentation.
· Supporting the finance team in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense reports.

Human Resources:
· Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. Preferred final semester student.
· Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field.
· Internship Letter, Latest Result Slip, Official University Letter, Resume, and Cover Letter.
· SPM transcript, co-curricular certificate, etc.
· Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Overview:
As a Key Account Executive with a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, you will lead the promotion and successful launch of our commercial household products to key accounts. Leveraging your past experience and industry knowledge, you will identify market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and execute targeted initiatives to drive sales growth and market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and a passion for launching innovative household products within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Launch Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans for the successful launch of our commercial household products, including product positioning, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional campaigns.
2. Key Account Management: Identify, prioritize, and establish relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to secure distribution partnerships and drive product visibility and availability in the market.
3. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute targeted promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and product demonstrations to generate interest, increase brand awareness, and stimulate demand for our commercial household products among key accounts and consumers.
